Products are returnable only if received physically damaged or defective or different from the description on the product detail page on Canhealonline.com for which a photo has to be taken and whatsapped to +91 9851 129 129 or emailed to [email protected]
Return will be processed only if:
it is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession;
the product is not different from what was shipped to you;
the product is returned in original condition (with brand’s/manufacturer’s box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card and all the accessories therein).
Products may not be eligible for return in some cases, especially if its custom-made clothing where the product has been customized to the customer’s inputs or measurements.
Products marked as “non-returnable” on the product detail page cannot be returned.
If the replacement request is placed and we don’t have the exact same product in stock, we will provide a refund.
Products purchased by international customers are not eligible for returns.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations will only be accepted if made within 12 hours of placing the order. The refund will be done within 7 working days of the cancellation of the order and credited to the customer’s account with any applicable bank charges, if any.
Exchange & Refund
Only defective and damaged products are eligible for exchange or refund.
The returned product will go through our internal checks before we process a request for refund or exchange.
The only other circumstances where a refund is possible is In the event a package is lost in transit or a wrong item has been shipped to you or we have charged you a wrong MRP or Price above the actual price.
As the charge on your credit card / account would have already been done online at the time you made the purchase and authorized the payment, we will provide a refund into the original mode of payment, if applicable.
If applicable, refunds would be made for the cost of the goods to the credit /debit card used for online shopping. However, shipping charges would not be refunded except where we have erroneously sent you a wrong product. The refund will be done within 7 working days of the cancellation of the order and credited to the customer’s account with any applicable bank charges, if any.
Due to the nature of our products, we will not be doing COD (CASH ON DELIVERY).
